How to save your business
Jekel & Hyde traffic, sales and profit?

There's a saying “People Over Profit”… But if there's not enough profit, then the people are Fu^&ed.
Excuse my language..
But I've advised hundreds of companies helping them scale past 7 figures.
When they come to me,
Most of them are teeter-tottering every single day between firing people, burning it all to the ground, everything going away..
And the hope of growing and scaling once again.
Here’s what I’ve found in my experience.
In a sea of things to implement and change with ads, sales team, marketing, funnels…
There’s 1 main differentiator between the ones who get their hope back and grow from this experience..
And those who never make the come back..
There’s 1 key thing I look at.
It’s not the sales funnel, PNL, ads, messaging, or any of those things.. Although they are important.
Those things are all the result of decisions.
Have you ever noticed that there are 2 different types of people at the restaurants and stores you frequent?
Sometimes there’s that person who is in a great mood, responsive, and on point. You leave with a great feeling.
Then other times there’s a frantic, angry, or exhausted person.
Either way the energy rubs off on you.
We all have a version of these 2 people inside of us.
Which is why the first thing I look at is which person is making decisions.
Because all of the changes, good or bad, in your business start with a decision, which are sourced from a decision maker.
So if we can agree that behaviors and decisions are the root of 99.9% of the things in your reality as a person with free will,
Then we can also agree that changing behavior and decision-making protocols will have the greatest impact over your teams, funnels, ads, and ultimately profit right?
Because if it’s not your behavior or decisions.. Then who is actually in control? Who has control over your life?
So here’s what I look at:
1. My heart rate and breathing.
I have an Apple watch and can see my heart rate at all times.
If it’s a client or their team members I look at how heavy they breathe and their body language.
When my heart rate is up I don’t make decisions.
Fear-based decision-making is not just some woo-woo term.
Fear = fight or flight.. A bear chasing you.
Fight or run.
Low profit? Not a real threat. Not something we fight or run from.
It’s not a place to make decisions other than fight, run, or get shit done.
The get-shit-done framework is appropriate when you already know what to do.
Otherwise this is one of the worst places to be during decision-making.
When things are too sped up you can’t interpret what is actually happening.
2. Exhaustion and fatigue
When your body and mind is exhausted it makes your brain lean more toward bias and automation.
It requires less calories, less energy and less work.
Again, if you already know what to do then you could do it in an exhausted state.. But quality will suffer.
If it’s something you can do and afford to hurt quality, then go for it.
In both scenarios, decision making is bad because you’re not actually deciding based on real data.
There’s the perception of an experience, and what’s actually happening.
The two are very different when your heart is racing,
You’re excited, mad or sad..
Or you’re exhausted.
Which is why I look at these things first.
I look at what is the experience of everyone on the team, not just one person.
Crazy how much those things usually differ.
And that’s how we get down to the real answers.
That’s how we begin to solve the REAL problem.
Most companies I help are solving the wrong problems when I meet them and so their results are bad.
Just try fixing a TV that is unplugged by changing the remote batteries and you’ll understand why this is a problem really fast.
From here I do an audit and we get down to the path to stop the bleeding and scale.
Sometimes I tell my clients to sleep, go on a vacation, meditate, exercise, close their slack etc.
While I work with the team and they can create space to bring the right person to our next meeting.
May sound like a crazy idea, but you’d be amazed at how quickly things turn around.
Check out Dave’s story, or Mark’s story, or John’s..
They all started with this framework.
Then led to a sales and paid traffic strategy that works.
Hope this helps.
Keep shining your light.
